Приобрел пластинку "The Greatest Rock & Roll Hits". В базе данных на "Discogs" - https://www.discogs.com/my такой пластинки нет. Хочу раздать, но как бы извлечь текст из картинки. Переписывать все от руки с "яблока" нет желания.

Гугл переводчик отсканирует  фотку с текстом без проблем. У меня даже в телефоне стоит. Бывает технический текст с инструкции, по работе надо перевести.....
